1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account and use the 1bet100 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is established in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. 1bet100 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify age at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated accounts, and bots are not permitted to register.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the 1bet100 platform from a location where online gambling is prohibited, you are not eligible to use the service and must cease access immediately.
• You must not have been self-excluded from 1bet100 or subject to any active exclusion order from a gaming regulatory authority.
• Each eligible person is entitled to register only one (1) account on the 1bet100 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

1.1 Account Verification

1bet100 may require identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a regulatory requirement. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or fund withholding pending review.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 1bet100 account. This includes all wagers placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent from the account.

• You must keep your 1bet100 login credentials — username, mobile number, and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 1bet100 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.
• You accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs on your account prior to 1bet100 being notified of unauthorized access.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members or friends, to access or use your 1bet100 account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Enabling "Remember Me" or persistent login features on shared devices is done at your own risk. 1bet100 accepts no liability for unauthorized use arising from your failure to log out of shared devices.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

1bet100 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Direct. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited to your 1bet100 wallet in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 1bet100 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name — third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded subject to verification.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 1bet100 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification requirements and clearance of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Verified account withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take an additional one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the 1bet100 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 1bet100 does not accept foreign currency deposits. If a deposit is received in a currency other than PHP, 1bet100 reserves the right to reject or reverse the transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

1bet100 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per 1bet100 account unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. 1bet100 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts of players who demonstrate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting mathematical loopholes, using automated betting strategies to clear bonuses, or coordinating with other players to fulfill bonus requirements artificially.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 1bet100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 1bet100 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) for outcomes in slot, bingo, and other non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in real time. 1bet100 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the platform.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return for each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and outcomes are never guaranteed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, 1bet100 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. Wins resulting from software errors, display glitches, or configuration faults that are not part of the intended game design are considered void and will not be paid out.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1bet100 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent termination, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or assisting any underage person to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not available to standard manual users.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 1bet100 platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the 1bet100 platform's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting game mechanics in a manner contrary to the intended rules of play.
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing the platform in circumvention of a self-exclusion or suspension order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1bet100 platform — including but not limited to the 1bet100 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1bet100 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1bet100.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1bet100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

1bet100's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1bet100 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and government orders) may cause temporary service interruptions for which 1bet100 bears no liability.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

1bet100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture at 1bet100's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud or prohibited conduct. Balances of accounts suspended for verification purposes will be held pending satisfactory completion of verification and released upon clearance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 1bet100 account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the last-used payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

1bet100 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. We acknowledge that while most players engage with online gambling as entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviors. 1bet100 takes this seriously and provides the following tools to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts that the system will enforce automatically.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which you cannot log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 1bet100 platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period. 1bet100 will not market to self-excluded players.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms.

12. Amendments

1bet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1bet100 will notify registered players via the contact details associated with their accounts and/or by posting a notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 1bet100 platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 9.
